The idea of this game is to put a dry erase card into the integral cardholder on the train track and measure the length of the carriages. Children complete the answer to the question on the dry erase card and then create trains equal in length to those featured on the card. Further tracks can be added in front of the cardholder allowing children to make up further combinations of the same length. Includes 15 double-sided cards which are color-coded for 2 levels of play. The beginner (green) side has one missing number to insert to make a sum. The advanced (red) side just includes the answer and so requires all the question section to be completed. The carriages behind the engine measure between 3 and 8 inches long. Measure the train length by counting the windows or wheels (spaces are 1cm). The sleepers on the tracks are also 1cm apart. There are 13 inch train tracks with card holders and 12 train tracks without card holders. There are also 3 inche engines and 96 carriages in 6 colors – red, green, yellow, blue, orange and purple. 1-4 players. Age: 3+. Plastic. 8.75" x 8.75" x 2.5".
