Glow poi dancing

Poi dancing is a traditional style of dance in which poi, weights on strings, are spun in patterns. Strings are usually about arm's length, and the dancer holds one in each hand. 

Glow poi uses glow sticks tied to strings. Hold one string in each hand and swing the glowsticks in circles, figure eights, or other patterns to create a light show. Add a glow lei to remember the Polynesian origins of the dance and to give yourself a little extra glow!
