Glow toys and animals
Are glow necklaces and other glowing goodies good for animals? They can be. Twine a glow necklace around your dog's collar when you go out for an evening walk to make him or her more visible to cars and easier to find if she slips away.
Glowsticks aren't good chew toys, though. An animal's teeth can open the plastic layer and get to the chemicals inside. These chemicals aren't toxic, but they aren't good for your dog or cat, either. For this reason, we don't suggest throwing the glowstick necklaces for your pooch to catch, and we recommend disposing of glow accessories in places where animals won't get into them.
